Return & Exchange Policy

At Rosy Glimmer, your satisfaction means everything to us! We want you to absolutely love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewelry pouch or box).

  • We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale and clearance items

  • Gift cards or promotional items


How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@rosyglimmer.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or size, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once we verify the issue.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
